Bearing connection of the S-valve form the integrated unit with the S-valve due to it’s premanent connection with the S-valve itself. Bearing connections are designed as sleeves with cylindrical bearing surfaces prepared for bronze bushings or wear bushings. The connection is the support unit for the S-valve and is assembled with the bearing unit on the outlet side of the S-valve. The internal diameter of bearing connection is equivalent to the diameter of the S-valve on one side and to the diameter of the S-valve Connection piece on the other side.

The excessive internal wear due to the concrete flow creates an initial deformation of the bearing unit and as a consequence a complete damage of the bearing unit.
