POLMIX-AST Company acting as a sole dealer for Poland of EVERDIGM Corp. The south-korean concrete pump producer, offers assembly process and supplies of boom concrete pumps. Within the wide spectrum of concrete pumps produced by EVERDIGM we have models ranging from 21 meters up to 63 meters. Wide variety of boom heights and unfolding systems for concrete pumps allow to implement even the most advanced construction projects. Structures of the boom and upperbodies are designed with the use of up-to-date CAD methods. Verified by FEM analisis and load simulations.
Basic series of boom concrete pumps is created by models with RX (Roll-fold X-type outriggers) unfolding kinematics with four arms. Mostly designed for models from 32 up to 40 meters. ZX boom models (Z-type unfold X-type outriggers) are more versatile thanks to the kinematics that allow for very easy set-up of the pump and very easy concreting on floors and ceilings. Mixed type unfolding kinematics – CX – mostly for five arm booms – is the unique design for smaller units such as 33CX- hall type machine up to bigger machines such as 43CX or 53CX, where the operation of five-arm boom requires a complex kinematics for stability on one side and versatility for operation on the other. It easily allows to operate having a high-rise pumping job as well as with the horizontal pourings – e.g. foundation-slabs.
