Swing lever in concrete pump S-valves are usually components made out of casted steel. The other option is high grade steel. Thanks to the DIN spline or keyway spline the swing levers are mounted on the shafts of the S-valves. The S-valve is rotated through the movement of swing lever pushed by the hydraulic cylinder. The piston rods of the hydraulic cylinders are connected to to swing levers – by means of bolts – as it is used in the machines of: SCHWING, CIFA, SERMAC, TEKA, WAITZINGER or by means of ball socket joints – EVERDIGM, PUTZMEISTER, JUN JIN. Swing levers are often exchanged whereas the spline is worn out which does not allow the drive to work properly.
