In most of the concrete pump models the shafts of the S-valve are integrated with the S-valve bodies so they cannot be exchanged separately. Nevertheless the producers such as SCHWING, CIFA, SERMAC have invented in various their machines the shafts that are assembled by means of the screws to the S-valves or ROCK-valves. Thanks to such design, in case of wear of the shaft, there is no need to exchange the complete V-valve. The lever is assembled on the shaft thanks to the spline machined on the outer diameter. On the shaft there are also assembled: bearings, bushings and wear bushings. The shafts are always exchanged because of spline damage, bearing surfaces wear.
