CNC Milling and conventional milling is a type of machining where the milling tool rotates combined with the transverse motion in axes X- Y – Z. Machined workpiece, depending on the milling machine type, is held on the machine’s table or moves in the direction of certain axis. Milling allows to produce certain complex elements such as: 3D housings, injection or rubber molds, whereas it also allows to machine shapes such as: grooves, channels, pockets, flat surfaces, splines, teeth.
In our machining workshop we have ability to provide milling of elements within the following dimensions:
- in the X – longitudinal axis: with the lenghts up to 1450mm;
- in the Y – transverse axis: with the widths up to 650 mm;
- maximum height of machined workpieces – Z axis: up to: 460 mm.
The tables in the milling machines allow for following workpieces assembly:
- from 1100 mm x 250mm;
- up to 1600 mm x 630mm;
- maximum weight of workpiece: up to 850 kg.
Milling and table boring on the table horizontal boring mills is a type of machining that allows to make precise holes or milled pockets in the large-geometry and complicated workpieces. Thanks to application of long boring cutters it is possible to machine coaxial holes or sockets in housings that are 1000 mm distant one to another.
In our company it is possible to provide milling and table boring up to the following dimensional parameters:
- in the X – longitudinal axis: up to do 1000 mm;
- in the Y – transverse axis: up to 1000 mm;
- in the Z axis: up to 1000mm (co-axial spindle movement);
- bed size – 1250mm x 1250mm;
- maximum table load: 3000 kg.
