POLMIX-AST is the only technical company in Poland operating in the concrete pumps industry as well as in manufacturing including CNC machining. Moreover, production of components and spare parts related to the concrete pumps covers the full range of units commonly encountered in this kind of machinery. As well as the production of hydraulic cylinders and their components, machine parts with universal structure that are applicable in the mechanical engineering. On the basis of technical drawings or samples, we are able to start the production of details from a single piece to the whole batch. What is more, thanks to our well qualified staff and flexible programming systems of CNC machines. We are able to provide short lead times. The universal infrastructure system of our factory allows to adjust the distribution. With ease by allocating it to the appropriate machines.
Long-term production and cooperation with metalworking industry allow us to offer and perform highly advanced products after the heat treatment, chrome plating, black-oxide treatment, galvanization etc. Implemented and supervised quality management system ensures continuous monitoring of the quality of production from the raw material to the final product.
